Shoe Vote
A benefactor has offered to buy me some new casual/daily shoes. I have narrowed it down to 5 different shoes and would love your input. Here are the shoes (if you are reading on fb, i think you may need to follow the link to our blog to see the pics):
blue suede sambas. i dig these, but not sure about suede.
green superstars. probably the front-runners.
brown suede sambas. i think i like the blue ones more. again the suede issue…
gray cieros. these ones are interesting. a dark horse entry.
i like these, but probably slightly more dressy than i want
Which do you like for me?
Any write-in suggestions (adidas)?

i often try and think of my pants when looking @ shoe variations.
I like the last two, but not the green ones…
I vote for the blue sambas or the last pair.

I prefer the gray and the green.

thanks to everyone who voiced opinions on fb and our blog. honestly, i was sort of hoping everyone would have a similar opinion and make my decision easier. But, it was pretty varied.
I decided on the green superstars for a few reasons. First, they just have a really classic adidas look, and the green with white stripes is just dope. Second, I super- like the blue suede sambas, but sambas are really flat and I need more arch support than they offer for daily wear (I’ve had several pairs in the past). In this case, went with sensibility over pure fashion. Also, my brother and son both have superstars and have no complaints. Finally, I like that I can get the same shoes as my son
