Arthur’s Vision
I am an explorer setting out to change the world as I journey to discover God, the world, and myself.
God is calling me to an expedition into uncharted territory.
We will talk together about what can be – dreaming and setting the course ahead and as we go for myself and other Spirit-followers. I will help forge a path for all of us. I am excited about experiencing the mysteries and richness of the cultures I will encounter and live among on this journey. And, I look forward to proclaiming and extending the
good news of God’s freedom and healing with them. I will always continue to write (as much for myself as anyone) to process, express, teach, and draw others into this same God-journey.
But I will not undertake this voyage alone.
My family will be an integral part of my travels, and I will love them the most and do whatever I can to see them grow into the people God desires them to be on the way. And I will lead and share life with a team of other fellow Christravelers. My role will be to initiate and articulate vision for this journey, and help us to reflect together on our travels and learn from one another. Together, we will live out God’s Kingdom realities everywhere we go, showing others what it means to truly live, inviting them in.
And I will bring others along for the adventure.
I will draw maps, paint pictures, and tell stories of the journey to inspire people around the world. My work will include creating environments and systems where others can explore as well. While some will follow and others will participate from afar, many will be changed by the tales of God’s love, faith, and might.
In the end, we will find what we have been searching for all along – home – forever in God’s wonderful presence.

Melissa’s Dream
I see myself in the midst of a gathering of God’s people. We are encouraging, challenging and empowering each other. Alone and together
we are seeking and following after Him. I submit pieces of myself; some of them I thought I had given Him before. I give myself to Him,
continually pursuing the picture He is painting of my relationship with Arthur, Arthur Paul, Iain and Mairin. Our family travels with this
gathering. Along the way I delight in the beautiful views, new experiences and new faces. I love those around me through listening,
counseling, leading and following.
As we move forward I see someone on the outskirts. I walk out and invite her along. As we journey together I share my heart. I tell the
stories of the Lord who loves me. The One who longs to make all things Right. I look and listen. I learn to make just the right place for her
to tell her stories, to share her heart. I see others along the road who need a helping hand. I step out and do all that I can.
Today He is pointing me toward a trail marked with my name. It beckons me to explore to run, skip, dance, and sing as I follow it.
There are others on this trail, some ahead, some alongside, some behind. I will share my heart, help when I can, listen and learn. Maybe
one of these will join me in the midst of the gathering.
